Before deciding on a day care or child care center or other care facility, you should ensure it is up to date on necessary licensing. Early childhood development centres need to be licensed and follow all of the statutory requirements mentioned in the Regulations part of the Act and any additional requirements listed by the Director of Social Welfare.
